The AQUAPATHvlab is a virtual fish pathology laboratory offering a collection of several imaging techniques, including microtomography, histology, SEM, TEM that can be used for disease diagnostics through the framework of the MOUNT (MOdern UNifying Trends in marine biology) project at the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research (HCMR-https://www.hcmr.gr/en/). This service offers virtual galleries of each imaging technique as well as online tools for the 3D manipulation of the micro-CT datasets. The creation of this virtual lab aims to contribute to a massive digitization of fish diseases which can be disseminated to aquatic animal health specialists.
